This twist out featuring The Doux turned out fabulous! I absolutely love when I can use one product on my hair! You heard me right…one product!
This well-defined twist out was achieved on freshly washed hair. The only product I used on my hair was The Doux. Click here to read about why the Doux is by far my favorite natural hair product line and brand. Keep reading below for step-by-step instructions for achieving this style.
- Firs, divide hair into 1-inch sections and added an ample amount of the Doux Mousse Def Texture Foam to each section.
- Second, make sure that the Doux Mousse Def Texture Foam is on all strands. Use a detangling comb or brush to get all your strands coated.
- Third, twist each 1-inch section and twirl the last ½ inch of hair.
4. Fourth, allow your hair to dry (I slept on a satin pillowcase) then gently untwist each section. Look at how juicy and defined those twists look!
5. Fifth, separate each twist 1 to 2 times. The more you separate, the more volume and less definition you will have.
6. Sixth, fluff roots until you achieve your desired look.
Finally, I added 2 bobby pins on one side for this finished look. This well defined twist out featuring The Doux garnished me tons of complements!
